In this beginner’s class, we are going to work on the legs! The ability of the legs to be strong and supportive in all of our daily movements depends on the mobility of the pelvis and lower back. Due to our sedentary life and habitual movement patterns, we often carry stiffness in muscles around the pelvis and lower back, which leads to immobility of the spine.
