Forward Bends & Twists moving into Standing Poses

In this class, we are beginning our journey in the mid-back, to mobilize the transition area of the upper back into the lower back. From there we are massaging our way downwards into the lower back, pelvis, and back of the legs. This all is a preparation for deeper twists and standing twisted poses, which are great to stabilize the spine and release restrictions from these areas!
