Zoom Class: backbends (level 2)
Backbends are a great way to mobilize the spine and re-energize your system. In our daily lives most of our movements are closing of the front side of the torso (think about long seated hours, but also about athletic exercises like cycling or most swimming strokes). For a ‘straight’ upright posture to feel normal, we need to extend our spine beyond the natural ‘straight’ line.

Zoom Class: Twisting Poses (level 1-2)
If your back muscles feel tired, and your energy is low and sluggish, twisting poses are a great way to both release tension out of your back, and energize the body. We will work through the whole spine, from the base of the skull to the pelvis. The focus will be onl letting go of expectations, and find trust in letting go and the uncertainty that naturally comes with the surrender to the very moment.

Liberate Movement – CA & Fascia Release – Introduction
Liberate Movement – an introduction to the series
This series of 3 classes is about bringing fascia release work into the perspective of Critical Alignment Therapy.

Beginners Class with focus on Hip Openers
This 90 min Beginners Class focuses on opening the hips. This class is great if you have long sedentary hours, e.g., behind the computer or in a car. When we sit and keep our bodies in a relatively fixed seated position, our hip flexors start to become lazy and tight.

Backbender Class (Beginners) with intro about Class Participation & Focus
This backbend class will give you a gentle yet effective entrance into the increase of spinal mobility. In our daily lives, we have the tendency to constantly use our spine in one direction, and that is flexion, aka a forward bend.
