CA Yoga Class Program
This CA Class Program offers you full class videos in a variety of lengths and levels (beginners to level 2). As the classes are all Critical Alignment based, they require the CA props. Some classes make use of only the CA stip and CA felt mat, other classes use the full range of props including the backbender and headstander.
This CA Class Program has been developed to support the home practice of Zita’s CA students. But it doesn’t stop there: these classes are also great for anyone familiar with the Critical Alignment practice, who want to keep practicing at their own pace, location, and schedule.
Safe Practice
This practice is created to support those who have experience with CAY and CAT-exercises, and want to have a guide for their home practice. Please refrain from doing these exercises if you are new and not familiar with the Critical Alignment Method, and especially if you have back-related pain and injuries. In this situation, we advise you to contact your physician and talk to a CA-teacher first.
Donation-based monthly subscription
My goal is to give anyone the change to practice CAY, respecting individual capacities, and resources. In offering the program for free I hope that if you can afford it, you won’t hit the zero button. My recommendation is in the range of 15$-25$ for the program.
CA Prop Use

Your regular CA Practice at your own time & space!
The Critical Alignment Therapy Method addresses back (related) problems, that are caused by tension and stress that typically have built up over a longer period of time. Initially we do not feel much of that tension, but eventually muscles start to become painful, joints and tendons start to ache, and parts of our bodies (mostly neck and lower back) start to compensate for the painful and stiff areas in the spine. This is when the risk for injuries start to increase (bulging discs, repetitive strain injury (RSI), frozen shoulder syndrome, ischias etc.). It is important to be able to release the build-up of tension and stress on a regular basis, for which a regular practice is needed. This Online CA Program has been specifically developed to support this need, providing you the comfort of practicing at you own time and space, with the expert guidance of Zita van Wees.

Each body is different, and each spine has its unique structure. Some need to ease the stiffness in the lower back, others need to extend and strengthen the upper back. Some are starting the CA process, others are ready to go a bit deeper. And we all need a little posture reminder, and some guided relaxation every now and then.
