You’ll need the Critical Alignment prop called the ‘strip’ for the exercises in the videos above.
CAY uses unique props to enter the deeper layers of tension and stress in our bodies, and to release them. The full CA Therapy Program uses the so-called ‘strip’ and ‘felt mat’, the deepening exercises use the ‘backbender’. Without these props you won’t be able to do the exercises, so make sure to get them by sending me an e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org
