What is the retreat about?

Join me for 4 days of Critical Alignment yoga and meditation!

Each retreat day will be initiated by a meditation, in which we silence our analytical brain, and move towards a sensing and feeling energy. From that state we use the Critical Alignment (CA) yoga method to liberate tension from our system that is often unconscious, but influences how you feel, act, and behave. Through CA yoga, we become aware of chronic tension, stress and holding patterns. As we become aware of these patterns, we can liberate this tension, and free up energy that was stored to ‘hold and protect’ (stress response). This allows us to move towards a deeper sense of calm, joy, and an overall loving state (rest and repair response).

The mid-day is open for you to feel into what your system needs: deep rest, energising movement, a good laugh, or an inspiring conversation. It is all up to you!

Your Stay at Jardin Juliette in Noorbeek (NL)

During your stay you will be hosted by Julie and Paul at their wonderful, rustic pension close to the Dutch village of Noorbeek.

This former farmhouse is at a walking distance from the Belgian border, surrounded by lush hillside and nature. You will have access to various hiking trails, and you can relax with a book in the living area – if needed even next to the fireplace!
All rooms are multi-person (2, 3 or 4-person bedrooms), with a shared bathroom. Single rooms are available but limited, and available on request and with additional charge.

All meals included

During your whole stay you will be treated with delicious meals by Inger Postma, who is specialised in macro-biotic, plant-based food. Your belly and body will love her tasty creations!

Practical Information

This retreat will be taught in English.
The maximum capacity is 16 participants.

Regular price (from March 1st, 2024): € 525,-

This includes all classes, all meals, and your stay at Jardin Juliette. Travel costs are not included.
